Monday News

Today, we had news and we didn't have the T2i camera because someone had signed it out. Instead, we used Dr. Bradford's HD camera, which wasn't much of a difference. There were far too many people in the studio, so I started to run teleprompter but then just "supervised" instead. I learned today that I am apparently "the woman in charge".

News and Editing

I forgot to include the news show in my last post but I helped in the studio on Monday with Austen. I signed out the camera and helped everyone get set up in their positions.

Tonight, I finished editing the Nutrition Binder package. I think that it is a solid package, except for the focusing issues we have with the camera.

Nutrition Binder Package

On Friday, we began shooting an interview and b roll in the cafeteria for our package. We had issues with the focus adjusting itself and getting blurry at times. To correct this, we just have to put b roll over our interview where it slips out of focus.

On Sunday, Tessa and I shot student interviews and b roll for the nutrition binder package. People were very nervous about being filmed in the caf while they were eating.

On Monday, Tracy, Tessa, Maria and I edited the nutrition package. We had issues with dropped frames and disk space but we re-routed the capture scratch folder and eliminated the space issues.
